Review: Star Hero: A Star Series Novella (Star #4.6)

Review: Star Hero: A Star Series Novella (Star #4.6)

STAR HERO is a novella sequel to THE CHAMPION OF BARESH (re-released as STAR CHAMPION) which I adored, so I jumped at the opportunity to return to Baresh, the smelly, dirty mining town under a glass dome. Baresh is a world crawling with packs of wild dog-like creatures, mobs of feral children and overwhelming despair.

Sightlines (The Community Book 3) by Santino Hassell

Sightlines (The Community Book 3) by Santino Hassell

Working to take down an evil organization is hard when you’re still on the inside. As the 3rd book in a series, SIGHTLINES wraps up the Community plotline. Review: New Romancer (New Romancer #1-6), by Peter Milligan, Brett Parson

Review: New Romancer (New Romancer #1-6), by Peter Milligan, Brett Parson

September 1, 2017 Review 0

We’re supposed to feel for the heroine of NEW ROMANCER; she’s been fired from her job, works for a tiny matchmaking site that is going out of business, and she’s a giant fan of classical literature. Unfortunately for us, she was fired for stealing important assets and messing up experiments, she’s not serious about her current job, and her infatuation with dead writers keeps her from seeing the potential in people in front of her.
