Revolution is a messy, dangerous business and THE WAKING LAND doesn’t pull punches to depict it. After her father’s failed uprising, Elanna Valtai was taken from her home and placed as a ward within King Erylais’ household. Over 11 years, she learned to hate her homeland and its culture. When another revolution rises Elanna must become a figurehead and unite Caeris, a country that she doesn’t fully love or understand.

Nalini Singh describes SILVER SILENCE as the start of a “second arc or season” for the Psy-Changeling series and that description feels very correct. Like the previous books, SILVER SILENCE carries with it the history of this world, the compelling characters, passionate romances, and fascinating plot while forging its own path into a new world. I loved seeing the way in which the fall of Silence and the following Trinity Accord has effected all of the races and their interactions with each other.

Release Day Review: Catch A Tiger By The Tail by Eve Langlais

CATCH A TIGER BY THE TAIL takes place in the same world as LEGAL WOLF’S MATE, and with such a dramatic twist in the first book, I was still surprised by the twist in this one. These novellas are not necessarily a series; they were both released in shifter themed paranormal romance anthologies, so they’re made to be read individually. They are funny, sexy bites of paranormal romance that can be read in one sitting.

5Bat! Review: Finders Keepers, by Linnea Sinclair

5Bat! Review: Finders Keepers, by Linnea Sinclair

March 30, 2017 Review 2

This book is the ultimate blend of science-fiction and romance. It will leave you thinking about the world and characters long after you finish the book, wishing you could be back on Trilby’s ship for just a few more pages.

When Captain Trilby Elliot saves Rhis from a crash on a wild jungle planet, he tells her he’s a pilot who got lost. He promises his commanders will pay her to get him back to civilisation. She’s wary, but when he offers to help her finish the repairs she was making to her ship as well, she agrees to take him to the nearest space station – she’s seriously strapped for credits.
