Rachel Caine announced some happy news in her newsletter today: On November 3, along with the release of FADE OUT, my lovely publisher NAL will be releasing a new two-in-one trade paperback (larger format) edition of GLASS HOUSES and THE DEAD GIRLS’ DANCE.  Pretty lovely, eh?
