HOW TO SEDUCE AN ANGEL IN 10 DAYS was a light, goofy paranormal romance that I had a good time reading. My only issue was that since it was third in the 10 Days series, I was missing out on a lot of plot that happened in the two previous books, which made the story a little hard to get into. Luckily, there was a cute main couple, great supporting characters and lots of laughs to keep me interested.

Picking up IMMORTAL EVER AFTER, the eighteenth Argeneau book, and not having read any previous installments, I was concerned that I would be lost, or missing significant backstory. Luckily, I got a fun story with some great main characters and interesting supporting characters, that didn’t involve too much catching up for me to understand.

I was so intrigued by the blurb for THE DIFFERENT GIRL because just from the short description, I had so many questions. What made May different? Why were the four girls on the island? Why are they identical? Unfortunately, after having read the book, I am left with more questions and few answers.

I worry when reading anything less than a full length novel that I won’t feel satisfied with a conclusion that comes sooner than I’d like. This wasn’t the case with NIGHT’S DARKEST EMBRACE. Frost’s story was a lovely little romp through a brand new universe, one I wouldn’t mind revisiting in the future.
